The bar was wonderful and directly on the beach and i got invited to the spa which ended up being my best decision of my trip. Evelyn was my massage therapist and she gave me the best massage of my life! She literally massaged everything from my individual fingers to my forehead and i felt like i was on a cloud afterwards! She was very friendly and professional and I'm glad she invited me to the spa to relax after a day on the beach. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and filled with palm trees which kept it shaded and cool. I can't wait to come back to this island and stay at this wonderful place! More

I literally had to make a trip advisor to make a very SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Yazmin Abularach (had to make she gets the limelight she deserves!) Yazmin was AMAZING as I was booking this trip in advance. She made she it was noted it’s my birthday today and when I came to the hotel everyone said happy birthday and even employees I did not see yet knew it was my birthday and acknowledged me all day today. The employees at the CAYUCO bar sing happy birthday with a little cake which was so sweet I cried a little. They left a nice little fruit platter and the bed was decorated with the flowers saying happy birthday. I can just keep going but then I wouldn’t be doing the hotel justice and tell all their secrets. If you guys ever decide to come to the beautiful Roatan island please book with Yazmin! I can’t thank all the employees for their hard work and dedication. I already have a big group plan in the future and will definitely be bringing business here! Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable as you just collapse into bed each night after action packed days (Chris at the front desk will book when you get there, Joshua on the beach will book once you have fomo - see separate review below) Cayuco on premise bar had great food every night + great bartenders. Travel tip: They do NOT allow tipping on credit cards here - bring cash to tip/pay for everything. Great water pressure in showers and provide bottled water, room is cleaned daily. Best part - you’re steps from an incredible beach with truly grateful people. Wifi is plentiful and AC is in each room. Take a water taxi for $5/pp/each way to west end. Enjoy some delicious local food at Anthony’s Chicken (west end, Gypsy, Beachers west end (owned by one of the great bartenders family), Culelu’s (west end).
