Cayuco on premise bar had great food every night + great bartenders. Travel tip: They do NOT allow tipping on credit cards here - bring cash to tip/pay for everything. Great water pressure in showers and provide bottled water, room is cleaned daily. Best part - you’re steps from an incredible beach with truly grateful people. Wifi is plentiful and AC is in each room. Take a water taxi for $5/pp/each way to west end. Enjoy some delicious local food at Anthony’s Chicken (west end, Gypsy, Beachers west end (owned by one of the great bartenders family), Culelu’s (west end). We Never felt in danger but don’t be flashy either. Take cash. Smile. Drink Barena or Salvavidas and support local business owners. Enjoy Roatan!

Particularly Tyron that works in the bar—very friendly, great conversation, very quick and quality service and you can tell he is a very hard worker—always has a smile on his face and very informative, too! Andrea who brought me on an AMAZING hike around the island and helped make me feel extremely welcome—was always very detailed and kind—always checking in on me to make sure everything was going good and helping me with anything i needed!!! Marvin on the beach was always making sure everything was okay and comfortable—making sure i had beach chair cushions/towels and just checking in to be sure things were fine. The food is absolutely amazing! Whether you want “typical” Honduran food or more Americanized food—-you can get it here. I highly reccomend the orange chicken bowl and the grilled chicken skewers! The breakfast buffet was also amazing! SO many amazing options from savory to sweet and the coffee is delicious! I also felt extremely safe for the entire visit, which is priceless.   First off for some reason we were not on the list for the van driver at the airport but right away he said " no problem " hope on in... read more and lets get your vacation started. After an easy 20 minute drive we were there.
The people at the front desk were amazing and check in was very easy.
After our free drink at the hotel bar , we were in our room and ready enjoy.
Everyone at the resort was amazing and helpful for anything we could possibly need. The room was perfect and comfortable. No complaints at all.
Christopher at the excursion desk was awesome and suggested a 8 hour island tour with a personal guide (MOISES- 504 -9890 -2659) Christopher can also put you in contact with him. He is an excellent guide.
The tour is well worth it and you het to see a lot.
Food everywhere we went was excellent , some nights their was shows also.
One day at the hotel i broke my flip-flop and it was to late to get replacements, one of the people at the resort found me a pair of flip flops that i was able to make it through the evening with. Thank you to all the staff, you are excellent and i hope i tipped accordingly.
I will definitely suggest your hotel to people visiting Roatan.
